The event focused on key health and safety topics, including the Fatal 6, performance statistics, video presentations, interactive Kahoot sessions, and a live Q&A with the directors. The production brief required clear communication, strong visibility, and consistent sound coverage across the room to support both presentations and audience interaction.
 

RSAV Productions supplied a complete production solution, including a large-format LED screen, distributed sound system, comfort monitors, front stage wash lighting, and full on-site technical management.
